Since switching to MacOS from Windows, pretty much the only thing I’ve sorely missed has been the incredible search app “Everything” If you’re a windows user and haven’t tried Everything - go try it, it’s fantastic.

UPDATE: Cardinal is good, but not perfect for my use case. I need to index an external drive, and it didn’t handle that well.
